Break fast area was fine

Staff do not put rules in place , all kinds of kids running around using the adult pool and STAFF did nothing to correct it.

This all inclusive resort is very nice. The food at the restaurants is elegant and the restaurant staff is friendly and welcoming. The rooms are on the older side but the bed linens are crisp. They clean the room during the day and do a turn down service while we were at supper. Great views and tasty drinks. Nice pools. One thing I didn’t like was the time share sales pitch at check in. I just got my room bracelet and walked away trying to be polite. Overall we had a great experience at this resort.

We celebrated my daughter’s wedding in April 2026 at Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos All Inclusive Golf & Spa, and it was truly unforgettable. Working with Nelsy Espinoza made the entire planning process seamless—her attention to detail and professionalism ensured everything ran flawlessly. From start to finish, the level of service was exceptional. Every team—from housekeeping to room service, dining, and pool staff—delivered a 5-star, best-in-class experience. The setting was stunning, the execution was smooth, and the entire event exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful and memorable wedding. Highly recommend this resort and team for anyone considering a destination wedding in Los Cabos.

We just had our wedding a few weeks ago and I need to shout out Nelsy and the entire staff at grand fiesta Americana! If you are deciding on having your wedding at the resort do it - & ask for Nelsy!! She made our day so special and went above and beyond throughout the entire process. We couldn’t have dreamt of a more special weekend. All our friends and family raved about the staff - some even extended their trip bc they loved this hotel so much. Thank you for the best weekend of our lives. Nelsy and team, you are the BEST!!

The food and the staff at this hotel is impressive. We value our whole experience when we vacation, and the Grand Fiesta Americana gives us this whole experience. The best restaurants, staff and amenities,. This is our second time coming in less than a year. We would highly recommend this hotel and we will be back in the future.

It is easily one of the best dining experiences you will have during your trip. ​The restaurant offers a fantastic concept that honors traditional Mexican flavors while elevating them with a modern, high-quality presentation. Every "star dish" we tried was packed with authentic taste and creative flair. ​What truly sets this place apart, however, is the exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, Jessica welcomed us with such warmth and professionalism, setting the perfect tone for the evening. Our server, Carlos, was equally incredible his recommendations were spot on, and he guided us through the menu to ensure we had a perfect dinner. ​Highly recommended! Our villa above Blu was amazing! We were also privileged to hear Itzae play the hand pan by the members pool. Such relaxing music!!
