Vengo cada año en familia, el hotel es muy bonito y nos divertimos mucho en las albercas. Este año conocimos a Itzae, del departamento de Fitness y entretenimiento. Nos dio una clase de Pulse Release y nos cambió el viaje por completo, es una persona con una energía muy bonita. Si pueden buscarla o preguntar por ella en su estancia, no se van a arrepentir de conocerla. Vayan a sus clases o pidan una sesión de Pulse Release si están estresados. Van a ver que les quita años de encima. I come every year with my family, the hotel is very nice and we have a lot of fun in the pools. This year we met Itzae from the Fitness and Entertainment department. She gave us a Pulse Release class and it completely transformed our trip; she has such a wonderful energy. If you can find her or ask about her during your stay, you won't regret meeting her. Attend her classes or request a Pulse Release session if you're feeling stressed. You'll see how it makes you feel years younger.

We had an amazing experience at the resort, and the service truly made our trip unforgettable! Huge thank you to Oscar, our poolside server, for always being attentive, friendly, and keeping the good vibes going all day long. Salvador at El Mexicano restaurant gave us such a great dining experience with outstanding service and hospitality. Roberto at the breakfast buffet was the perfect way to start every morning so welcoming and on top of everything. And Miriam at Blu restaurant was absolutely incredible, making dinner feel extra special with her kindness and attention to detail. Every one of them went above and beyond to make us feel taken care of. Can’t wait to come back!

I come with familiy and friends every year and usually avoid exersise activities outside the gym this time Itzae offered us guidence and some awesome tips on posture and wellness. Strongly recomend you ask for her, wouldnt even bother to write a review but she made our experience so much better.

El precio se me hizo un poco elevado. Sin embargo creo se nivelo con todo lo que ofrecía al ser all inclusive.

El hotel esta muy padre la verdad, y es una excelente opción en cuanto pesos que pagas vs valor que recibes, excelente la verdad.

Lo único que no me gusta es que la playa del hotel pues esta llena de rosas y formaciones rocosas en gran parte de la playa y mar, así que meterte al mar es una mala opción, además la arena de la playa es super gruesa, en otras palabras tiene una playa bonita al ojo pero casi nada transitable

Unwelcoming reception staff, they refused to accommodate our floor request despite prior assurances Deafening noise at reception on arrival due to construction ruined arrival experience Our building was on a steep hill and very far from everything requiring hard walks or golf carts Building was old and stairs and corridors very unattractive Elevator in building were horrible, one was down all the time Pools were filthy (debris, oily patches, seems filtering is very inadequate) and packed due to their small size Hygiene in pools was dismal, witnessed a staff member fixing tiles bleeding in the pool, he actually was squeezing blood into the water for 30 minutes until I companied to another staff member, absolutely disgusting behaviour and a horrific bio hazard We never were able to find pool or beach loungers, they are reserved by 6am and remain empty all day but reserved with towels. Impossible to find umbrellas, everything was stressful to get. Pool service was hard to get, most servers were unpleasant like everything was too much of an ask (they do not look happy to be working there). Beach was not swimmable at all for the whole time we were there. No sand, pebbly beach that hurts to walk on. Food was very poor, too many buffets of low quality items and poor hygiene like raw fish left in 35C for hours with flies all around :( Meals took forever to get in some restaurants, errors often made, service inconsistent. Many drinks tasted just sugary coloured liquids. Service was poor, even as we tipped for every single thing, only good service we found was in Italian restaurant and Cevicheria, everywhere else very passable despite constant tipping. Pool table/gaming area closed early, why? Kids got so bored. The entertainment was so poor, amateur stuff. Air conditioning was extremely loud (old), both inside room, and outside on room balcony All in all the worst resort we experienced amongst half a dozen in Mexico, Cuba and Dominican. Do no recommend.
