The front office staff was very helpful

I was given a handicap room. I prefer simple 1 bed room, I had informed in advance that I will checkin late. They could not give me other option.

Location and friendly staff

The fact I booked 6 rooms over a month ago and they only gave me 4. I had to ask the rooms to be dabbled up on (6males)

It was quiet and from desk people Gabrielle and Essam were very helpful. Essam helped me operate the washer and dryer because some of them were not working.

Some washers and dryers were not working.
