"Excellent price, staff, and location, but rooms are a bit worn and shabby."

The price and location are great and it is nice to have a small kitchen area. Also great if you are traveling with pets. The staff were terrific and helpful also.

It's not the cleanest place and could do with a considerable overhaul.

"It was ok for what we needed for a quick overnight near Dulles."

Convenient to airport. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Shower did not work at all. Manager did send maintenance person to fix it but it was too late by then. Also there was a problem with door to coffee and food area. Facility needs updates and refurbishment.
