Mindil Beach Casino Resort

Very Disapointed. The rooms very dat r and dirty, the linen was old and badly stiened, the only lounge chair was stained and worn, the shower leaked making floor the floor slippery. There is a door dividing the room next to ours and could hear everything going on next door. One old kitchen type chair and no table. Assess to our room was via the dirty smelly service lift along a water stained mouldy badly lite walkway . Complained about the room several times and told by receptionist that it would be fixed. Didn’t happenen and care factor was nil. Looked like could have good once. Wrote a letter to the manager and sent by registered mail and to this date have not received a reply.

Loved our getaway. Everything was just wonderful from the beginning to end. No complaints at all, we certainly will be back.

The pool lagoon was great. There was not alot of staff working this area so it seemed not quite right.

The room was dirty, the bathroom was dirty. It definitelt was not a Deluxe King room at all!

Good choice and good quality breakfast.

The room was rather stark and basic.

Great ocean view and access to top class facilities including pool, gym and spa.

The room had a very musty smell which may have been post cyclone.
