Requested early check in but room wasnt ready until after 3pm

Stunning lagoon room and direct access to pool.

On arrival we were not informed of renovations being carried out. We had an ocean view room with perfect sunsets. Unfortunately the constant horrific noise was terrible. From early morning to early evening constant noise. We could not enjoy what we paid for. House keeping wasn't great either. Had to ask for hair dryer, iron even the floor to be vacuumed. We came back to our room at 3.30 one day to shower (as we had to go out because of the noise) and our room hadn't been made up. A birthday celebration stay to end our holiday was a nightmare

No normal coffee just pods in your rooom

The bathroom wasn’t very clean and still had snot on the walls. My bed moved around and needs to be replaced

We liked the Restaurants and bars

The bathroom was sub standard! The cleaning was very poor. Actually took a sample of the floor down to the desk.

The pools were nice

There are no shops in walking distance, we had no option but to buy lunch and dinner between 3 restaurants on the resort that were very expensive.

Easy and relaxing to utilise facilities. Staff helpful;

Pillow are not good. Too hard - ? Cheap
