I didn’t like the fact that some of the furniture was damaged The coffee table had what looked like an iron burn on it I also could not utilise the outside shower because it was damaged and they were broken palms hanging over

Location

Room was not as pictured, no tables or chairs. Fan above bed only worked when light was on. The renovations will be good bud you changed me full price for half Finished room. I have stayed many times and have always be happy, but not this time. The $100 hold deposit is excessive and is not needed especially after you’ve already paid top price for half finished room.

Renovation noise. Lack of furniture in rooms

Comfortable rooms with good sizing.

Current construction made the sleep abit rough. A discount on the rooms would’ve been appreciated given the current works.

Food was good. Pool was great. Staff were always quick efficient and polite. Mindil markets were a 3 minute walk which was really great. Casino was nice and relaxing. The views are amazing right out to the beach.

The noise from the renovations were a nightmare. 7 30am on the dot the banging and clattering started. Never possible for a sleep in, even during the day if you wanted a rest in your room it was impossible due to the noise. The room we had was brand new and sparsely furnished. No lounge. No outside table and chairs. No bedside lamps. We ended up asking for some chairs and a table which was given to us quite promptly. Also the path way that leads to the markets is not lit up at all. You are walking in the dark just hoping that no one is going to attack you.
