Inn at Lake Washington By OYO I-405

We chose this property because we were on a budget and wanted a pool for our kid to swim in while in Tukwila for a soccer tournament. On arrival we were told their pool is closed permanently because they have “other plans for the space”. We were placed on the 3rd floor (just know there is no elevator), we didn’t feel comfortable leaving our soccer gear in the car because multiple signs say “don’t leave stuff in car, we’re not responsible”, so we were constantly lugging stuff up and down stairs. Beds were hard and the place is very run down. It doesn’t look like advertised. If we had the extra funds we would have went elsewhere. The only plus was that it was somewhat close to where we spent most of our time and there were no bed bugs. It took forever to get hot water to come out of shower faucet. On Saturday night music was so loud at 11pm behind the building we could hear it with our sound machine on. The front desk is only open limited hours. 100% will not stay again. I don’t say this very often, but this hotel probably needs more refurbishing than what is salvageable.

The room smells like sewage. Bed was very uncomfortable. Alot of noise from upstairs, I could hear every stumbling noise upstairs all night.

When I booked my reservation was for king bed they didn’t have that. The tv was broken and the lobby was closed by the time we had realized.

We were canceled on the day before arrival. Planned 2.5 months in advance. I have never had that happen. Only for out because they left a message saying we had been canceled on my answering machine the day before. Said they overbooked by 15. So sorry. Stayed with sisterinlaw. Saved by family. We were on the road driving when we called them. What the.

Pool out of order. Property a little run down. Good for a place to crash for a few hours.

Disgusting room. Looked nothing like the photos online and reeked of pee. We left immediately and got a room elsewhere but unknown if we are going to get a refund or not.

Comfortable stay for an affordable rate

I have a hard time believing this property is still being used. The bed is terrible and the bedding smelled very bad.

The desk people were too rude. They do not do provided house keeping at all even if I asked for it, they only gave us two towels and we ask for toilet paper and they said if we beed more we have to bought it ourself, i had to take the trash from the room to the dumpser, there was not tv, dirty place everywhere is smells bad, the room need to be painted i do not recomended this place to anyone in fact this poor looking hotel and poor in all the ways should not be in Expedia ay all, the photos the hotel dies in expedia are not even closer then the reality life, i have never seen ir been in hotel that has not tv that is embarrasing

Expedia should not recommend this property .while I booked it it showed airport shuttle and breakfast included pool on site- none of these is true . No staff no lobby services. No one there at night - i was sacred of my life. I had no choice at that point. Experience was very scary cant even explain.
