Park Place Lodge

A dog friendly room (but far too small for a crate). It was clean and quiet. Old fashioned Motel

The bed springs creaked everytime you moved, the room was very small. Passable for the one night we stayed passing through. For what we got I thought it was very expensive, however we couldnt get into our usual place.

The room perfectly fitted our travel requirements: Great “feng shui” and most importantly was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a great choice of mains and sides. We Liked the location as a short walk took us to several interesting shops. The selection at the in hotel beer and wine shop was just great and matched out tatstes.

No porridge on the breakfast menu and the fitness room was only average.

This is an excellent property. Our room was spacious, clean and well appointed. All features worked as expected. The bed was firm and to my liking but my wife thought it was too firm. The views were excellent. The breakfast was also very good as the selection was great and the bacon was real. Service was great. This is one of the the nicest motels I’ve ever stayed in.

Although I live in Fernie and have no need to book a luxurious stay at the Park Place Lodge, it’s a must stay when visiting Fernie. This hotel is gorgeous, complete with a swimming pool and hot tub at the center of the action. Great food is provided next door at both the pub and restaurant. This central location allows for ease when dining downtown or across the highway. Park Place Lodge is a community minded business that cares deeply about where we live and thrive. Book here for the ultimate Fernie experience!
