Breakfast Was good ,Rooms are clean

A major oversight: the shower water was cold and the flow was weak; I almost caught a cold. The front desk came to check the water temperature while I was using a hairdryer to warm it up. This shouldn't happen in a hotel that claims to be four-star. I hope the hotel can improve this and prevent other guests from experiencing the same thing as me.room118

Sauna was a bit too cold. Air con/ heating system was noisey and found it difficult to regulate temperature.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! My wife and I stayed there in June. The location was great. Located just as you enter downtown Banff. Near a Roam transit stop. Given passes for the Roam transit for our entire stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Didn’t have to pay for parking because there was street parking behind the hotel. The room was exactly what we needed. Bathroom was a little small but not a game changer. Breakfast was available every morning. A great hot meal, danishes, pancakes, yogurt, bagels, and more. Saving money on parking and breakfast was a plus for our trip. The S’mores every night were a great way to end the day. The decor was great! I will highly recommend the lodge to anyone. We would stay there again if given the chance to visit Banff again.

The place has a cozy, elevated camping vibe, more glamping than roughing it, with a clean, beautiful setting and thoughtful touches throughout. It was perfect for a quick business trip, but I could easily see it being a great getaway with friends as well. The property features cold plunges, hot tubs, a sauna, and a lovely backyard oasis. We didn't have time to take full advantage of everything, but we did enjoy a happy hour drink in the backyard and wished we could have stayed longer.
