Guests don't respect rules. The hotel should do something

Not a customer service oriented place

Staff is friendly and efficient. Hotel is just steps away from the beach, great restaurant with full front ocean view and access. Sea food was very very very good.

Hardly a 3 star motel. It’s located on the beach but the beach is not suitable for swimming as the waves are very strong. The breakfast is very substandard. The location is 10 minute drive to the city. If you don’t have a car, you are stuck.

The hotel is very nice. Wish a few tv channels were in English. Also a little loud.

A clean and safe location with friendly staff and beautiful views of the adjacent beach.

Raquel at the front desk was beyond accommodating and helpful with her knowledge of the area and setting up appointments for me even though I was leaving first thing in the morning.. she was able to make everything I wanted to do happen!!! I’ll definitely be back

The beach right by the hotel is absolutely breathtaking and quite private

Hotel definitely had a certain charm and the front desk was particularly helpful and friendly! Down side is constant base music vibrations heard throughout the hotel and the continuous roar of truck traffic nearby. But still an enjoyable weekend getaway- just tone the music down a bit, please!

Loved the fact that the site resembled an older Costa Rican hotel with great amenities and on the ocean. What was bad was the truck traffic occasionally using air brakes at all hours. Also they obviously have staffing problems on the busy weekends with wait time for a drink at the bar exceeding 45 minutes sometimes and the bar manager not able to make drinks, instead watching the waiting customers. The help, excluding the bartender, who didn't speak English, were very friendly and helpful.
