Terraza Del Pacifico Hotel

The hotel is nice and the rooms are comfortable. The restaurant is right on the beach and the food is very good. The pool has a swim up bar and has a fun atmosphere. The staff are very nice. Unfortunately there is a place a little ways down the beach that hosted a large and noisy rave party on the night that we were there. The music sounded like it was in our room and did not stop until 4 am. We went to the front desk to see if anything could be done and there was nobody there. We would not stay there again in case in happened again.

Nice views of ocean and beach. The room was OK but basic. The truck noise was very bad at night from main road. We were in the building by small pool. Breakfast was good and waiters were nice. We enjoyed our one nite stay

It had everything we wanted and very happy with the location and staff. Its close enough to Jaco and Manuel Antonio that it made it easy to get around. Definitely recommend and stay again.

Our room was close to highway route 34, and resulted noisy because of truck-trailers. Door entrance to room requires an extra locking device. A rubber matt could be an asset to prevent a slip in the shower.

Was a wonderful place to be. Ocean side and an awesome pool breakfast also include and it was very very good. Dancing lessons and live music on weekends. King bed was the most comfortable stay we had in weeks of travelling. Also booked 2 extra days to enjoy the ocean and just relax.

Excellent location and amazing beach hotel. Great breakfast buffet and right on the beach. However I had booked a beach view room but when we arrived they said they were being worked on. The put us in s nice room by the second pool but we heard trucks using Jacob brakes 20 feet away all night, which was a pity because otherwise it was a great place.

Beautiful hotel close to San Jose, good for family, couples. Lovely private beach, though not for swimming. Staff at restaurant and pool can improve customer service, they seem quiet unorganized and take way too long to serve a simple soda, it took around 2 hrs to get an order of nachos at the pool, it was not crowded at all. A part from this, the hotel is confortable, nice pool and beach.

This hotel needs serious management help. They have cesspools right outside the door of the rooms (the sewage smell permiates the room) . The restaurant is not organized at all, the restaurant was full at 8:45 pm, we only saw 3 people eating, everybody else was waiting for their food like us. We ordered one soup, and one pasta dish, and it took them one hour. BTW the restaurant advertised a 9:30 closing time. And a big factor is, no swimming at the beach (too dangerous)
