7 Nights Stay

We were planning to stay just for one day but ended up staying for 3 days!! It was a good and comfortable experience. The host were the nicest people, very welcoming and comfortable. And walking distance to Clifton

The location was alright.

The TV didn't work We had no power to 1/3 of the room When we asked for a new TV we were told the handyman was at the casino. When we asked for a new room we were told no as they were fully booked and when we had enough of the disrespect, being brushed off, doing the work ourselves and asked to leave a 5 star review, the front desk man walking through our room with his shoes on multiple times while it was raining, no power and asked for a refund and fully packed up to leave, we were told oh you can have the room beside you I guess. To then be scorned for not taking another room when we asked on 4 separate occasions throughout the evening for a different room and we're denied... I could go on. Just don't stay here. It was a horrible experience and I have asked for a refund and have yet to receive it.

Unfortunately we did not spend more than 5 minutes in the room. As frequent travellers we always check the mattresses for bed bugs. When we lifted up the sheets there were signs of bud bugs. Small red spots that are left behind after they explode and die. There was also an extremely high weed smell when entering the room. I have asked for a refund. Booking.com should not be offering properties like this. It makes me think twice before using them again.

The heating was very bad, the Breakfast was horrible, the person serve the breakfast spill the coffee on the table
