7 Nights Stay

没有满意的！在加拿大从来没有过的最差的体验！大家别上当！

（1）店主复印了我的护照！我认为这在加拿大是违法的！我住过魁北克的Fairmont Le Château Frontenac（5星级酒店），人家都只是看一眼，确认我是预定本人。大家要提高警惕！我也希望我的评论能引起相关部门的调查！ （2）宾馆地理位置偏远，周围环境破败，离宾馆不到100米有一家流浪汉的家。从table rock搭车刀这歌宾馆需要12刀。走路需要20分钟！ （2）这个根本不是Hotel，是标准的Motel。酒店楼房是两层铁皮房，前台极小，昏暗。店主是印度籍的私人营业。我住了2晚上，前台出现了两个60岁以上的夫妇和一个30多岁的男子。 （3）店主见面时看起来很热情，但其实非常抠搜小气！因为房间里没有饮用水，而前台外面放着一台饮水机，我的孩子（10岁）就拿着水瓶去接水，我们在外面看着他没和他进去接。店主（男）就对孩子说：“这里的水是不能免费接的，要是个个都像你这样接，尤其是流浪汉也进来接，那么我们就没办法了！”大家想一想，一个60多岁的大人能对一个小孩说出这样粗鲁的话这内心该有多阴暗！后来第二天他们就在饮水机旁贴了一张写有“每接1瓶水需要支付1刀”的纸！！！ （4）早点极其糟糕！应该是我刀目前为止见过最糟糕的！只有3种：吐司、咖啡、一种极其难吃的硬邦邦的甜点。没有牛奶，没有蛋，没有肉！再次强调没有直饮水！我问店主有没有牛奶，结果女店主从厨房里谨慎地拿了一瓶出来，都没递给我，说“你的杯子在哪里？我倒给你！”等我把杯子给她时，她说：“不能给全杯，只能喝咖啡的时候加一点点！”。。。。我见过抠门的，没见过这么抠门的！！真是大开眼界！与其这么抠门，还不如不提供早餐！又想打着“提供早餐”的旗号，又不想真正提供服务，这就是我对他们最直观的评价！ （5）房间很一般，空间挺大，但卫生很一般，尤其是卫生间，有异味。摆着3瓶mini版的洗发液和2片肥皂。没有电视，有一个小冰箱和微博炉，冰箱里面有异味。空调的声音超级大！ （6）有个很小的泳池，但几乎没人用，鉴于我看到的主人种种抠门表现，我严重怀疑泳池的卫生水平。所以我们都不敢用。 （7）退房的时候，前台的老房东竟然还“笑脸相迎”地叮嘱我，要我一定给他们10颗星！！！还说要我promise（保证）！我差点笑翻掉！就这样的服务、这样的硬件，竟然还厚颜无耻地想要10颗星！！！ 我用了booking订过欧洲和北美的很多酒店，金额不下于30万！我从来没有这么评价过任何一家酒店！我今天花了近半小时写出这些评价，只有一个目的——希望看到的人们不要上当受骗！

Ottima posizione rispetto la via dei locali e anche rispetto le cascate. I letti erano abbastanza comodi, e la camera molto pulita anche se un po datata. Comoda la piscina.

La colazione è un po scarsa e con poca scelta. L'odore di cibo che c'era all'ingresso della struttura che comunque non si sentiva dove si faceva colazione o nella camera.

Bien placé pour visiter les chutes et les propriétaires sont très gentils et arrangeants, encore merci !

The gentleman at reception made us wait in promise of "they are working on our reservation". After 20 mins when we got restless gentleman told us they were sold out and actually didn't have any rooms to give us. He slammed booking.com for mishandling the reservation.

The unorganized method of managing reservation and then keep guest waiting in false hope that we will disappear in the air if he just kept us waiting.

Property is ok for the price

Breakfast. In their website it was stated breakfast is included but they breakfast was only bread and bread spread and coffee.

The staff was kind

There were so many hidden charges on top of the booking like separate parking fee and separate security deposits.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The service was great and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location is also great as it is walking distance away from Clifton Hill. Everything about this stay exceeded my expectations.

Perhaps there could have been more variety in the breakfast- more pastries and dairy-free options. I also think that they could have a continental breakfast.
