"Disappointing!"

Not much.

The A/C wasnt working. We got in late and we were tired so we just went to sleep. We set the temp at 72 and it never got under 76. I notified the front desk in the morning when we left and by the time we got back and night someone had set the thermostat to 69 but the room temp was still in the mid 70s. There was ants EVERYWHERE in the room! We even found some in our luggage when we got home. There was also black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom.

"We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel to others."

We had dinner in the restaurant. At 5:00, we were their only patrons. They treated us well. We were staying there for a Health Fair. Everything was good. Always someone around for help or questions. The lunch that was served was very nice.

I always check for bedbugs before bringing anything in to the room. None found, just a lot of dust.
