"Good hotel with polite staff."

Everything about the hotel is great. Check in was easy and the staff member who checked me in was very helpful and polite My room.was very clean and had everything I needed.

It is a little pricey but is in a good location.

It was clean and in a good location.

The pool under maintenance and the hallway was hot because a guest changed the temperature is what the staff said. However they changed it and added protection so I couldn’t happen again.

It had outside doors, which I wasn't expecting. I tightened up the very loose toilet seat. Didn't like the sink in another room from the bathroom. Bed was too hard.

Looks are deceiving. Looks great on the outside and actually looks great on the inside at first. I'm not sure what was going on with the microwave or the hand rails in the bathroom. The staff was super friendly and everyone was very kind but for the price you pay for this one I never would've thought ever that I would find a roach. Period. We had stayed there a couple of years ago and it was nothing like this. We were definitely disappointed. I review every hotel I've ever been to and I have never left a negative review and it breaks my heart to but come on guys please fix it. Like why is the microwave on the floor? And roaches? When you pay almost $200 a night? Please just fix it

First, let me say RUN don’t walk! We pulled up and very shady people walking around the parking lot. We went in and asked to see the room and were showed 3 rooms all smelled very moldy and like cigarette smoke. We decided we definitely didn’t want to stay there, but unfortunately I booked online through Expedia and and they charged us anyway. Of course, Expedia could not help us with getting our refund. Hard, expensive lesson to learn!

The hotel itself was nice and clean. The inside of it was newer. Beds were comfortable. The area its in isn't the greatest but I've been to worse. Overall for the price compared to other hotels in the area it was worth it.
