It was the best customer service I've had in a long time staying in hotels. Hotel was quite and clean outside. Rooms were neat and clean as well.

"Unpleasant experience"

If I could score this hotel a “0” I would. Somehow it got the highest Trip Advisor rating of several that I looked at, and I don’t see how. We could not sleep because the room smelled like marijuana. I don’t know if it was coming through the vents or if someone smoked before we got the room, but it was terrible. There was also mold and mildew in the shower. The breakfast was disgusting. The only redeeming quality is that the desk person was very nice and friendly. I would not recommend staying here.
