"Too sad for words!"

The table with lamps, phone and outlets between the beds - nothing worked! No shower curtain! If we had attempted to bathe, the tub didn’t drain!! Very sad. At check in the desk clerk kept asking me for my master card. I don’t have a master card! My reservation was booked through trip advisor and I must warn all my fellow travelers to avoid this place!

1. There were Roaches in the room and inside the hotel 2. There were Bugs in the Bed 3. Breakfast was horrible, no jam and butter for the bread 4. No coffee mate for the coffee 5. The staff were very rude with the kids 6. Looks like a run-down place, very low upkeep

"Poor quality"

The room was clean.

Only one washcloth. No coffee at breakfast. The in-room coffee had one cup of coffee in it. The pool deck looks horrible as did the elevator wallpaper. You can tell the owners are more about cutting costs than they are about providing quality.

Breakfast was good wished that had jelly for the bread that you could toast honestly. I did enjoy how the butter was cold and that there was two bread options.along with you other breakfast included amenities.I enjoyed how clean and neat the room was along with how quickly I was able to check in after a long day of working and then traveling.

The only thing I didn’t like was that there was no jelly and that’s about it. But other than that everything was good I enjoyed how clean and neat everything was.
