"Overall, not bad."

Breakfast okay, security was strange. No one at counter all the time we were there. People came in and out. We needed toilet paper and I waited at counter until I saw a white buzzer, not knowing what it was, I pressed it and minutes later a gentleman came out and gave the paper. They were nice and it was quiet. I would stay there again because it was very clean and other customers were friendly.

Lack of people being vigilant, security. Press here for service buzzer would be nice. Also, not getting a receipt at checkout. Said they would email the receipt, but I haven't received it.

Rooms were very clean

House keeping needs training we were still in the room had 2hrs still before check out n house keeping lady just went n opened our room cause she was going too clean it already.

"Could have been way better for the money"

Located to where I needed be and family had enough things close by to stay entertained

Value didn’t match cost at all Room was not stocked correctly, not very clean Repairs needed to be completed inside and outside Hopefully once it’s sold and new management builds it to its full potential it should get better. House keeping needs to be trained all the way around

"Creepy and Unsafe!"

Leaving.

The moment we pulled up we noticed the entrance doors were propped open held by 2 large rocks and the mechanical wheels were uncovered and exposed leaving the property to be breached at anytime. The entire first floor smelled of sewage! Upon entering the elevator, we noticed no cameras were present and the elevator walls had been vandalized before. Ascending to the 3rd floor, a loud bang resonated from the cables, I think. As we walked to the room, we felt an uneasiness and knew at that moment we were not safe should we continue with our stay. We left. Doors will still propped open the following day to inqure about refund. None was given. Total amount of time on property, 14 full minutes.
