Best Western Prime Inn & Suites

It was all really nice. The place was newly remodeled, clean, the room was clean, the staff was nice. It was all good!

The room was comfortable and not having Nasty carpet for flooring was very nice. The bed's were comfortable, but the springs squeaked! There was no bar soap in the room, and I had to change the toilet paper role which should have been done by housekeeping before I arrived. There were plenty of towels and the tub shower was clean and worked well.

The breakfast was the worst part of our stay. I got there at 7:30 am. There was 1 other woman there. There were 4 small sweet rolls, 2 over ripe bananas, 2 yogurts, cold eggs and sausage. There were bags of bagels which was a little gross because people would have to put their hand in the bag to get the bagel out...... a very unsanitary process!!! It was the same with the bread. The coffee was cold! Noone was anywhere around to replace what was low. So, what would the choices be for the people that arrived at 7:45am?

The staff was so helpful and the area around the heart was clean outside, so I didn’t worry about my car getting messed up. I enjoyed my stay there immensely there was always a staff member around to talk to or give me help with anything. The housekeeping were very helpful. Basically everyone I talk to or needed. Was there right away I will stay there again, it’s just a plus for me

Very clean hotel. Would recommend anyone to book here if you have relatives around the area.

We rented a jacuzzi suite. The hotel’s hot tub wasn’t working so we wanted to soak the aches and pains of traveling away. We tried to fill the tub with hot water. Ran out of hot water when the tub had about 3 inches of water in it. So, we waited for about 30 minutes and continued filling the tub. Ran out of hot water again. So we just left the water in the tub and ran across the street to the Boomerang Grill for supper. When we came back we tried again to finish filling the jacuzzi. Again, ran out of water and the jets weren’t covered with water yet. We gave up. Essentially, we paid $300 for a $150 a night room.

Incredibly clean and comfortable room, breakfast area was well stocked and clean as well. Friendly and helpful staff. The food available for breakfast was good with a lot of variety and healthy options. Would definitely recommend staying here!
