Best Western Prime Inn & Suites

It was lovely like always. Most of the staff is always sweet and welcoming. The rooms are clean. I stay often.

Wverything was very good. The breakfast could use umprovemwnt.

The location was good and the facilities were in good condition. Friendly front desk staff. It was mostly clean.

The tv did not work. We checked in at 3:00 pm and not having tv to watch made for a long night. The front desk staff called someone to come look at the tv but when he came all he said is it is raining so it will not work. It was raining, but not storming. Just a little more than drizzle rain. The floor above us sounded like someone was rolling something back and forth repeatedly most of the night. Could hear people walking on floor above us most of the night. We think someone was using the chair with wheels on the floor above us as a rolling toy to roll back and forth across the floor.

There was a terrible smell off & on during our visit.
