"BYE BEST WESTERN!"

The rooms were clean, breakfast was good, front desk staff not so friendly. Had a major issue with someone that checked out of one of our rooms before we checked in. Person came back and advised hotel staff he forgot something, my brother's belongings were in the room as he had already checked in. The person stole his stuff, back pack, water, beer. Police were called. I'm not sure how Best Western operates but at all the hotels that I frequent, if I forget something after I check out, the staff asks for identification and escorts me to the room to retrieve what I forgot.

Handicap access room was really convenient and comfortable. Shower was really easy to access and bath products are the most luxurious I've had (saying something as I've traveled Europe and lost in the US; keep that brand!) Night manager - didn't get her name - was really helpful with an ice bucket and an extra blanket. Everything was clean and modern.

Couldn't get coffee maker in room to work (followed usual protocol - it just didn't start) but coffee was available in the lobby so it was not a problem.

The room was a 10 out of 10 in cleanliness in order. Would compare the cleanliness to a $500 a night hotel the staff was pleasant and helpful. The area is not perfect but nowhere in town is really I’ll be staying here several nights a month now that I purchased in the mountains 10 miles away.
