Majestic Canyon Lodge, a Dazzler Select by Wyndham

It was great! The room was clean and the staff was very welcoming and nice.

Staff was very helpful, we were able to get the money for the rooms refunded

Rooms were dirty, mattress stained, hairs all over the covers

We were very disappointed when we pulled up.We booked 3 hotels for 3 separate nights all in the same price range.The other 2 were nice, big lobbies, big rooms, big breakfast . This hotel and lobby were very depressing to look at.The day we arrived, the advertised rate on our GPS was much lower than what we had paid. I showed the front desk the current advertised rate, but he said he could not offer us the lower rate, which I felt was not very good customer service. We had not paid for the room in advance, so I am certain he could had of accommodated us at the much lower rate if he wanted to. compared to other hotels we had stayed at for the same price, I felt taken advantage of. The room was very small, and set with windows facing the main street, so very noisy. Entrance is old and depressing. Breakfast minimal.I would not have complained at the lower rate because in my opinion, that should have been what the room was worth.

My first impression was the hotel looks very shabby inside and out. I thought it looked dirty but it was the disrepair. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were very clean. The bathroom was clean but due to everything being so old and outdated it didnt look clean. The lack of building maintenance s a real turn off. Walls everywhere need paint and repair. Outside is also not kept up. I do have to complement the young gentleman who checked us in. He was very welcoming and helpful. There was limited selection for the breakfast items.

Not really a breakfast muffins cold cereal … mold around bathtub edging AC blows under the curtain so if curtain closed not much air goes into the room making it stuffy . But bed was good room was clean. Only there one night.

Not much to be honest

Room was dirty, nothing seemed to work (remote control, plugs, microwave), beds are small and uncomfortable. They advertised as breakfast included but all they had was coffee and a few cereals
