Really nice rooms and great complimentary breakfast. Very friendly and professional staff. My husband and I had a very satisfying stay.

Welcoming and pleasant staff, cleanliness of lobby, halls and rooms. Warm Christmas decor. Excellent breakfast. Separate restaurant adjacent to hotel. Close to shopping. Pool and hot tub clean. Was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Would have loved to stay one more night.

Hockey teams running in halls, knocking on doors, yelling till 130 am. Hotel response "Our quiet time is at 11pm and that is when they will not be allowed to roam the halls. We will continue to do our hallway checks to make sure the hallways are as quiet as possible." Poor management in regards to this situation.

I appreciate the friendly informative staff and how this location is managed with placing customers safety and enjoyment top priority. At the entrance a guest card scan is required between late and early morning hours. This is a fabulous safety feature that other locations lack. The sounds of rolling carts or mop buckets doesn’t start till later in the morning allowing guests a great night sleep. The gym is sound proof so doesn’t matter where your room is your sleep/relaxation is not disturbed by slam balls. The breakfast has good alternatives from hot to cold breakfast with fresh fruit and snacks. The coffee tea water options are available anytime. After a long day I always appreciate how the staff greet us in a friendly manner and really appreciate how housekeeping makes an effort to nicely creatively fold towels and place shower curtain. These little details make me feel VIP. Highly recommend Winkler Days Inn
