"It was a terrible experience. I had a support animal and the housekeeping complained about my dog."

Housekeeping, staff complain to me. Staff we’re not aware of my situation. Poor understanding of customer.

The beds were terrible, especially the polo sofa for my grandchildren. They said they could fill the springs.

Booked two king suites and were given rooms on different floors (travellling with 90 year old parents). Updates and fixes overdue: carpets were old and “bubbling up”, air conditioners were sooo noisy, pillows were hard lumps and bathroom faucet broken in one room. Did complain about the noisy air conditioners and got a polite “sorry to hear that”. Our son-in-law who also booked (room 309) actually took an audio recording of the noisy air conditioner.
