"Shocking experience over three nights."

Restaurant couldn't cater for garlic/onion allergy. No attempt to find any alternatives and advised ALL food was pre prepared. Obviously a very average kitchen. Not even children's menu of fish and chips as they had garlic/onion seasoning. When complained the night before they promised to sort it but nothing changed

"Great place to relax and enjoy Pauanui"

Fantastic location, free bikes, very good breakfast! Reception staff excellent and very accommodating. Well equipped rooms.

The pool was closed due to maintenance (unfortunately booking doesn’t give details to hotel so they couldn’t inform us). Dinner was average compared to a very good breakfast. Overall staff very polite and accommodating. Unfortunately due to a mistake on our side with the booking (only one person booked for breakfast). The breakfast staff called us out on this in front of all guests at the buffet, and although the situation was resolved very satisfactorily - we feel that discretion should be maintained when addressing this type of situation.

Fantastic room/treehouse, well appointed! Great facilities in a super location.

Restricted times for evening dinner in the restaurant. Not all travellers want to eat at 7.30pm!

"We had an excellent time"

The breakfast was amazing! I had continental and my husband had a full English !

We were a bit surprised that our chalet was such a long way up steep steps! My husband has two artificial hips and really struggled!
