The room was outstanding. Great location and value in offseason. did not know about the lounge on the second floor until the following day. The eight snacks offered in the room nuts,etc. will cost $9. each if you open them. If you take the toiletries or even use them apparently you will be charged for them . You could potentially add a$100. to your bill.

Location, staff, gym, free self-serve laundry, free all types of coffee, americano, latte, hot steamed milk, etc…, machine in lounge area, and in-room nespresso, and storing bags was a plus.

Next time I was told I need to ask for a room with a view.

Понравилось расположение. Я первый раз в Чикаго и всем просто обязательно рекомендую его посетить, если вы еще никогда там не были, но планируете быть. Кофеварка в номере. Питьевая вода не ограничена, только ее нужно самому набирать возле лифта. Приятный персонал. Есть утюг в номере.

Номера старые, очень мало места. В первую ночь нам дали номер с видом на другое здание. На следующий день поменяли с видом на канал. Этот вид закрывает все минусы старой комнаты. Нет тапок и халата. Советую заплатить за отель перед заездом. У нас была оплата на месте. Мы выехали 20 мая, но у меня до сих пор деньги снимают с карты. Я не понимаю когда уже наконец вернут то что они сняли, отняв просто стоимость номера. Мне это очень не нравится!
