It's my 4th time in Chicago in the past 5 years.. 3 of those I stayed in this hotel! it's perfectly located, got complementary water on the hallways, got a gym, got free laundry! Going back next year that's where I'm styaing.

The staff at the reception were exceptional! Pedro and his team were incredibly helpful. Best location in town.

Very outdated. Rooms,switches, carpets. Single glazed windows- constant noise from the street, and incredibly thin walls with no sound insulation, so you can hear your neighbours every single word.

Our room was wonderful. It's definitely worth paying extra for a good view as it's the best view in Chicago! Free coffee on a morning.

The first room we were given was on the second to top floor and it was tiny- not what we'd paid for - so I had a word at reception and the guy couldn't have been more helpful and upgraded us to a wonderful room! The lifts took ages.
