Club Quarters Hotel Wacker at Michigan, Chicago

מיקום מושלם , קיבלנו בדיוק את החדר שרצינו עם הנוף המושלם , צוות מאוד נחמד , החדר היה נקי , החדרניות מאוד מאוד נחמדות , בכל קומה יש מתקן למילוי מים ובקבוקים ריקים חדשים למילוי.

החדרים לא מפוארים,קצת מיושנים אך מתוחזקים היטב. לא משהו שמשפיע על השהות

The room was awkward. Television should have been in sitting room

The location is the perfect spot - walking distance across the bridge from Magnificent Mile and close to the Art Institute and Millennium Park. The Executive Suite we booked was spacious enough for 3 adults.

The carpet and lighting feel outdated. Should have a luggage rack as the closet built in rack is too small for a larger suitcase to fit on.

Great location. Staff was wonderful. Had requested 2 beds got sofa bed. It worked.

That room was great. I wish I could have stayed longer.

The location was fantastic! It was so close to everything. Good walking distance from a lot of sites. Wonderful restaurant choices and things to do. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean.

Not the best for what it cost. I've stayed in way nicer places for far less. Staff was absolutely great but no parking available on site. You have to park in a garage a few blocks down. Room was pretty small, with scuffs and scratches on the walls. The AC went out in the middle of the night. I fixed it finally after 20 mins of trying.

Lo mejor LA UBICACIÓN!! si no conocen Chicago, créanme la mejor ubicación frente al canal. En el piso 2 por la escalera de mármol hay un lugar espectacular para trabajar, tomar café o esperar .

The location was fantastic, the check in great. The problem we had was that the cleaner removed a special cotton pyjama from the room after the second night and we kept trying to get it back. We were told after a lot of distress that they would refund 100 USD. That was in April 7. We are now in June 7 and they completely ignored my emails, whatsapp, hotels.com whatever. After they got 5 stars they didnt care to follow up and really compensate us for that “ disappearance”. Mr Grady has not responded ever since we left. We stayed one week there and they seemed to have had a new person who probably took it together with towels or sheets, but this had never happened anywhere else. It was a special pyjama bought in France.
