Lots of positives- exceptional front desk staff, complementary laundry, reusable water bottles and accessible water fountains. Small but adequate fitness center. Great location and unbeatable price for location Negatives- dated hotel, slow elevator and musty rooms, no room service. Positives def outweighed the negs. Would stay there again

Good value - excellent location. Very good communication and front desk service. Offsite parking at 20 E Randolph was $35ish per night w in and out privileges. Rooms are small and tight - probably best for single business travel vs couple or family.

Amazing location with great people, comfy beds, water stations and fast check in process. It’s modern but vintage at the same time which I appreciate. Would have been 5 stars but soap was not in the room when I checked in and took a while to receive. Other than that it’s a great place that is accessible to everything. Will be back.
