"Good but not great choice"

This hotel is in a very good location for exploring downtown Chicago. It's very clean and has a nice but small lobby. My only complaints are 1) the check-in process requires guests to make their own keys from a kiosk which was the last thing I wanted to do after a long drive in heavy traffic; 2) the rooms are a bit worn and need a refresh; 3) the river view rooms face the Trump Tower which has his name written large enough to see from space.
