El hotel está en una ubicación excepcional, puedes ir caminando a todos los sitios y el CTA line a 10mn andando para ir directos al aeropuerto . La habitación de buen tamaño y limpia y el personal muy atento.

Las vistas, estábamos en el piso 8 y desde nuestra ventana veíamos una pared , creo que el precio de la habitación bien merece mejores vistas.

Location Waiting Lounge Comfy bed

I was there for 6 nights No safe inside the bedroom 3 nights I was in a small standard room However the window bedroom was blocked The bedroom was small, The aircon wasn’t working I had a terrible experience in this bedroom I asked at the reception to change to another room and the ladie receptionist was super rude and disrespectful After 3 nights on this unacceptable bedroom I did complaint on what’s app and I finally got a bedroom upgrade. The hotel doesn’t have restaurant

I was in this hotel from ( 06/14 up to 06/16 ), with good price, If you book the hotel early, you will find a cheaper rate. Honestly, the location was excellent, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the reception staff were courteous and professional; I would certainly stay here again if I were in Chicago.
