"Nice staff. The rooms and facility are dated, dirty, and in various stages of ill repair."

The staff was responsive to requests and friendly, bed comfortable. The location was close to venue I attended.

Shower didn't drain, heating/AC unit worked intermittently. Poor lighting, the parking lot was difficult to navigate with very little parking.
