Coratel Inn and Suites Maple Grove

Good location.

Poor hygiene. Reception area did not smell good. My bedsheet was torn, old, faded and could see hair on the sheets and stains on pillow case. The bedsheet was changed to something better after I complained.

Large car park. Acceptable location.

The staff are unfriendly. Ridiculous policy to take a cash deposit. Which is not contained in their policies on booking.com. Not hot water in the shower. The carpet in the room needed vacuuming. Rooms needed repair. No coffee in the reception. Pillows dirty.

The price. The staff. It was very quiet and clean

Outdated a bit and gloomy.

The place was great, the lady at the front was so polite and accommodating

Bed qas comfortable however the linens were bit worn out...fortunately they had just recarpeted room. Sink was in need of replacement

Room decor was unexpectedly nice

My overall stay was good, minor, things I noticed but the rate was very good, the staff was nice and tried their best to accommodate and make changes I requested to the best of their ability they also had inexpensive snack machines.

It looked clean but had a lot of dust settled all over the room. The entry hallway smelled, there wasn't a tub stopper, the ironing board pad had a bad scent and my desk chair was dry rotted!

Expressed leak in bathroom, possibly toilet. Expressed not enough towels for two person ocupancy. Staff stated it would be addressed. Not!!! Neighbors were noisy... did not express this...
