Walking distance from downtown Gatlinburg.

Outdated older appliances. Fridge didn't work but they brought us a mini fridge the same day.

Location. Was 5 minutes from convention center where we had to be for an event the next morning

There were no checkout instructions. I sent several emails asking what needed to be done and no response. Fortunately, saw posting n elevator about trash but had to search for the bins. Hopefully, I was not charged for not doing something as expected upon checkout, but no checklist to work from. Plus, pull out bed was fill of crumbs

The view from the back balcony was beautiful, but the furniture was outdated. There was no frying pan in the kitchen. Nothing to cook in the oven with. Dishwasher and microwave was from the 1990s.

First time in gatlinburg

The location is close to alot of attractions.

The condo could use a deep cleaning, new cookware and free use of laundry facility. Public needs to be aware that the condo is on a slope, so its not really ideal for anyone in a wheelchair or with health issues, especially if you plan on walking anywhere.

You could walk to most of the shops on the lower end, but I wouldn't try to walk to the end and then back with a toddler anyway. It was well worth the value. Both bathrooms were spacious enough. Beautiful view of town and mountain.

Was looking to save money since we weren't going to be in much just to sleep, but if you want to enjoy the time you are at "the house," just pay extra to stay in cabin. We ended up spending more on activities to keep the kids busy if we just had a hot tub or air hockey/pool table at the location.

Distance was great

The furniture and decor was a bit outdated. It was very centrally located, close to many restaurants and tourist shops you could walk to. The Ripley's Aquarium is fantastic! Thank you, Strickland family
