Great spacious accommodations , great location, beautiful view

Parking was a little challenging with two small children

The unit was very clean and updated.

I didn't like the facilities of the hotel or the room. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Great location apt nice size

The toilet kept stopping up,hair on the towels,no parking,and had to keep reprogramming the tv .

Very nice quiet ,safe close to everything! Kitchen could use more stocking for convenience. Double bed was a pull out couch and mattress was very flat needs to be replaced !

Sofa was terrible!

The property is within walking distance to a lot of tourist attractions. Our particular unit had outdated appliances & the bed was placed on wooden blocks. I would suggest getting pest control on-site because we saw several roaches within our rented unit, too. Overall, it was a decent stay considering that nothing in life is perfect

Nasty, nasty, nasty with roaches

The location is great. It is not too far from the strip. This was our third year staying at Gatlinburg Chateau. We will stay here again. But not in this condo!

This condo is outdated. The beds and couch were uncomfortable. The kitchen is not stocked well. The oven door was broken. Worst of all, there were bugs!

The bed was really comfortable.
