Gatlinburg Chateau Rentals

Excellent... Excellent place and very comfortable, I really recommend it 👌

The location was close enough to downtown to walk and size of unit was nice for our family of five.

The ac unit in the first bedroom was very loud throughout the condo.

The unit needed some work out dated dead bugs on the floor towels were very rough tub could use a good scrubbing

It was cozy

There was construction going on and we didn’t know that until we got there. The hot tub was busted up and couldn’t use it. Very limited parking. Not very accommodating to people with disabilities. The condo was clean but very dated. I think this facility needs to be transparent about parking and construction.

The only thing i didn't like was that the Freezer didnt keep our stuff frozen seemed like it needs to be turned down cooler. Other than that we loved it and we will be back again to sray .
