Gatlinburg Chateau Rentals

We love the location. It is close to everything but not right in the middle of the strip. Very convenient.

The kitchen didn't have a skillet. The oven doesn't work well.

air conditioning wasn't working well ,lots of moisture in the unit as things like furniture felt damp couch has definitely seen better days and the pull out was very rickety. we ended up having to buy a air mattress for 2 of our kids

The man working the grounds was very nice. The view was beautiful. The rocking chairs on each floor out side the elevators was a nice bonus. Felt very cozy there. Even got to see some bears

No broom to sweep up our floor. With kids it got crummy fast.

In general, it was good. My only real complaint is that the kitchen is very tight and there is very little space to actually put any groceries. And in the tight space, it would have been helpful if the refrigerator door and some cabinets opened the opposite way from what they did. As it was, the space was very tight and the opening of these doors made it even more awkward.
