Great position,views of New York skyline

Payed for a skyline view room, which was fine if the windows werent filthy.Had to be reallocated due to how bad my room was on 10th floor.It was like looking into fog!!

I kept having issues with my key cards (4 times). They kept giving me the same room cards that I told them did not work. My mother stayed in a different room and the same issue. The hotel was okay but the shower head in my room was beyond need of repair
