Accommodated us on very short notice when our private vacation booking proved a scam, saved our vacation.

I can’t say enough positive about this hotel. The desk staff is friendly and helpful, and the same with the chambermaids….Joan was terrific! The place is wonderfully maintained…David goes the extra mile and treats the property and even its resident chickens with special care. He has just completed and open air yoga area…using his creative skills.The Hotel is right on the boardwalk…so shopping and dining close at hand. The pool is clean and view from its deck amazing, although sometimes a bit windy for lounging. We will revisit for sure and suggest it for others!

We stayed with you last year and it was terrific….well~cared for, friendly and helpful l staff and the location couldn’t be beat. If possible, it was even better this year. The grounds keeper and jack-of-all-trades David is back. He is friendly, hard-working and a total pleasure. This facility is so fortunate to have him. He even takes care in front of the resident chickens and has worked hard on creating an outdoor yoga studio.. Watching the chickens and giving them treats even enhanced my experience more. Although the wind shortened time at the pool, it is beautiful, and the view…amazing. It’s so good being right in town for walking, shopping and eating. The people-watching and friendliness of the locals…a special treat. We wouldn’t consider anywhere else in Christiansted!!!’

Front desk as so so nice! The room was the nicest we have stayed at so far and we are on day 20 in the Virgin Islands. Gate with code right on the boardwalk. Be sure to eat at Nate’s! The roof top pool was the icing on the cake.

The location of the hotel on the boardwalk was fantastic. It was close to everything, but near the end of the tourist area, so that it was also quiet. We had a room on the ground floor with a patio that allowed us to enjoy the Caribbean air and felt secluded. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was incredibly helpful. The hotel itself is a little dated but suited our wants and needs perfectly. There was an issue with no hot water for the shower, but this was fixed within 24 hours. I will definitely come back and stay here again.

We had a really great experience at this hotel. We were visiting on our honeymoon but didn’t want to stay at a resort because we really weren’t planning on being inside a lot, so we decided to go with a more cost-effective option. The hotel is right on the boardwalk in Christiansted and has a gate code, so it was pretty easy access to the area, making it very convenient for shopping or dining. My mom wanted to have a special gift for us in the hotel room when we arrived and the manager (Debbie) put together a great basket for us and had made the towels into swans, she really took extra time and effort to make sure we had a great stay! We were able to catch up with Debbie and it was really great meeting her and being able to thank her for the basket. I know they don’t get a lot of tourists that stay here, but I honestly don’t understand why - we had a great experience. There could be a few updates made but it wasn’t rundown, the room was spacious and clean, and the bed was really comfortable plus the patio was quite large for a hotel! It was really quiet, minus the nearby road construction and the roosters and chickens which the hotel can’t help and you’re going to probably have anywhere else on the island as well. Our only minor complaint would be that there is no elevator, and we were on the third floor – it really was only a challenge bringing our luggage up when we arrived and down when we were leaving, otherwise it was no issue for us at all and we honestly loved the vaulted ceilings of being on the third floor. We did choose a partial water view instead of booking the full water view and wished that the trees were trimmed back a bit by the patio so we could see more of the water but when we walked out the door, we had a really great view so that made up for it! Overall, we thought this was a pretty decent hotel and the staff was truly great which always makes for a good experience.

Good hotel overall for the price in the area. Just had a weird scratching noise we couldn't find at late/early hours of the night in an unspecified room. First taught it was coming from inside the walls. Then realized that it's a solide concrete between the bathroom wall and the bedroom area. Then it sounded like it was coming from the roof. Then taught it was the wind but didn't hear it at all during the day.

My room was dirty and there were roaches crawling around. When I requested that someone clean the dirt from the phone, ceiling fan etc housekeeping only changed the linens. The room remained dirty so I spent most of my vacation with relatives. When I checked out a day early the room finally looked somewhat clean. This was my second time using this hotel and it was night and day. In November of 2021 my stay there was pleasant and my room was quite clean. The hotel staff were nice and very helpful. It is unlikely that I will using this hotel again in the future.
