Flamingo Hotel

We had a fantastic stay at the Flamingo Hotel in Cozumel! The staff (Thomas/Oscar/others) were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a charming touch that added to the relaxing island vibe. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the waterfront and inside the Centro area. We especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace and delicious breakfast each morning. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay here again (joe &sato)

The Flamingo was a lovely way to experience Cozumel! We stayed in 2 different rooms. I highly recommend the suite, it’s lovely & the bed is super comfy. There is a lovely bar that is unused at this time, hopefully they get it going in the future. It’s a short safe walk to restaurants & cabs, and the staff is very friendly.

We stayed at the Flamingo for 5 nights. Positives; king bed was very comfortable in the courtyard hotel room. Breakfast was good. Location excellent. Close to ferry, shops and restaurants. Negatives: No chairs to sit on in our room. Towels were worn out. Pool towels had holes and stains. The chaise lounge chairs that are in photos of rooftop deck did not exist.. We asked about them and the owner shrugged his shoulders and said no lounge chairs available. Bar is rarely open. Bring your own drinks. No drinking glasses in room. Hotel is not locked at night so not very secure. No one to check us in when we arrived at 7:30 pm. No TV and, No safe as advertised. Cold/luke warm showers every day. Photos are deceptive of the property. We thought we picked a nice place but it was below average at best!

We loved our stay at the Flamingo! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We prefer smaller, chill hotels with easy walking access to town and places to eat -- the Flamingo was perfect for that. Far enough from cruise ship craziness but still a very easy walk to many great restaurant options, a great car/scooter rental place, and the central square (shout out to Crazy King Burrito, Guisados, and HTL Rental!). There's also small pool on the roof which we didn't use - best for adults and older children who want a quick dip. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location for a stay in Cozumel. The hotel itself is nice, modern rooms, very comfortable bed/pillow. The suites are very spacious and perfect for a long stay. The staff are very welcoming, friendly, and kind. The daily breakfast is also delicious, definitely a nice aspect to staying here. Relatively quiet property. The rooftop needs a bit of repair, but overall beautiful, nice pool for relaxing, and view of the ocean for sunset. Excellent location, very walkable, with tons of restaurants and bars nearby. I would stay here again if I returned to Cozumel.

We only had a single night here at the Flamigo Hotel as we were headed to Tulum the next day, but we were very happy with our stay. We received a free room upgrade and found the room to be very comfortable and nice. Breakfast was included. The hotel was clean and the salt at were all very nice and accommodating. The location is very central to Centro and made walking very easy. We’d happily stay here again on another visit.

Very cute boutique hotel , nice little pool , great location, clean and great friendly staff, fantastic breakfast and ambiance.

Very conveniently located in the center. Close to almost anything and everything. 7 min to airport with taxi. 2 min walking to ferry stations. Very clean rooms and hotel area. Friendly staff (shout out to Ángela) that makes your morning breakfasts with ton of options with a smile on their face. Great place to stay in Cozumel! Highly recommend. The owner was always available to help and attentive. Thanks Tom, Angela and all Flamingo staff!
