The amenities are nice and the access to Jan Thiel Beach is very convenient, the hotel’s management and service quality need serious improvement.

Overall, my experience in Curaçao at this hotel was not the best. While the amenities are nice and the access to Jan Thiel Beach is very convenient, the hotel’s management and service quality need serious improvement. For dinner, I was informed that only pizza was available to order, which was disappointing. Unfortunately, the pizza arrived cold, which seemed to be a result of the hotel being short-staffed. On my last night, I also noticed ants in my room (photos attached), which was uncomfortable and unexpected. Some of the staff members were genuinely kind and helpful, and I appreciate their efforts. However, the overall experience was not very pleasant due to the service and operational issues. This hotel has potential because of its location and amenities, but better management and service standards are definitely needed.

Het huisje was prima, fijn ruim en goed te koelen.

Check in was 4 uur. We waren er kwart over 4 en werden naar het huisje gestuurd. Die was nog niet klaar, ze begonnen pas net met de schoonmaak. Pas om half 6 konden we erin. Op dat moment waren we er al klaar mee, met een oververmoeide baby. Was er ook geen crib (we hadden van tevoren gereserveerd en 2 keer laten bevestigen). Dus opnieuw naar de receptie, ze kwamen eraan werd beloofd. De crib kwam pas tegen 7 uur. Heel vervelend!!!! Huisje was redelijk schoon, we vonden overal nog haren. Wc stinkt ontzettend. En dan het ontbijt...!!!! Verschrikkelijk!!!!! Overal vliegen & muggen. Niet normaal, echt smerig! Ze spuiten ook gewoon met spuitbussen bij het eten. Vliegen zitten overal! Je kunt beter bij de supermarkt verderop lekkere broodjes en sap halen. Heb je waarschijnlijk nog lekkerder ook!!
