The facilities are satisfactory, but there is a need to enhance the cleanliness. The swimming pool is acceptable.

The housekeeping services were unsatisfactory, as cleaning was only provided every three days. Unfortunately, no cleaning products were available for personal use on the days when cleaning was not scheduled. It was necessary to repeatedly request their services for cleaning. On several occasions, I had to contact both housekeeping and reception to request cleaning services because my three-year-old child was ill and had vomited on the bed. Regrettably, no one cleaned it, and the bed remained soiled throughout the day until the following day. I am very disappointed with the service and the overall customer experience. A significant improvement is urgently needed regarding the cleanliness of the beds by the swimming pool, as they were in a rather unhygienic state. The service at the restaurant was also subpar. It is truly a pity, as the establishment itself is spacious and offers good amenities. The breakfast selection was rather limited, offering the same items daily, and would greatly benefit from more variety..

Me olvidé en el placard de las habitacion dos camperas Adidas mía y de mi hija y volví a buscarlas luego de hacer el ckeck out y las camperas no aparecieron. Solo me dijeron que no estaban NO SE OLVIDEN NADA Y VUELVAN A BUSCARLAS XQ LAS COSAS XQ NO APARECEN

El lugar tiene una linda cocina y sala de estar. Buena tv y el lugar en general es pintoresco.

Las camas, los colchones son realmente malos. El trato del personal es pésimo, escasa buena atención a los clientes.

Unser Zimmer war in Ordnung, gut gefallen hat uns das Bad. Zum Strand kann man zu Fuß gehen und es gibt ausreichend Gastronomie in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Parken eines Mietwagens auf dem Gelände ist grundsätzlich möglich; wir haben auch noch einen Parkplatz gefunden, wenn wir erst spät zurückkamen.

Das Personal ist leider nicht so engagiert, wie man es sich wünschen würde. Aber es gibt natürlich immer Ausnahmen. Beim Frühstück mussten wir häufig um Dinge bitten, die nur hinzustellen vergessen worden waren.
