Legacy Vacation Resorts - Kissimmee/Orlando

This resort wasn't to clean there was hair everywhere inside the kitchen on the counters and in the main room dog hair everywhere on the floor got all on my feet and shoes

Covered pool

Dirty room on arrival. No cleaning supplies or room service of any kind. Mold smell on first night, caused me to have a reaction. Bugs. Took over a day and 2 calls to front desk to get a plunger. Bar and restraunt were closed every time we went to the main pool. The hot tub by us only got hot for the last 2 days of our 7 night vacay. Sauna didnt work. TVs were too small in rooms like 18" I believe. Water in shower only got warm. Lots of maintenance on grounds needed, from parking lots to dirty windows, to falling down walls.

Filthy floors. Trash outside in the grounds everywhere. Tall grass -old scraped up furniture Worn out beds.

Not much to like but too late to get a refund from booking. Once there kinda stuck. Oh well we will choose another place next time. We’ve stayed at many legacy resorts and this is the WORST.

This property isn’t taken care off. Only one pool was decent. But since they sell day passes it brought small kids with no pull ups and no one to tell them to get out of the pool. GROCE!! The grounds were trashy. Tall grass. Floors were filthy when we checked in. Never again.

Let's start with the positives Location, just off the 192, 7 minutes walk to ALDI and other restaurants and shops.. The staff were nice and pleasant. Large resort with facilities that were ok Bed was comfortable in our opinion Now the negatives This lies with TUI and not the resort as we booked a package holiday, although we did speak to a representative of the resort. She had just come from London to promote the resort and I respectfully told her that the apartment we are staying in was disgusting, I won't go into all the details but rest assured we have lodged a complaint with TUI directly. I explained that the apartment was filthy, electrical sockets hanging off the wall, rusty shower, filthy carpets, a living room we did not use as the furniture looked filthy. I could go on but at the end of the day, the block we were in was Block F- room 622B. I have photo's and video footage that I have shared with TUI. It is down to TUI to make sure that they have a quality code of conduct to make sure that the properties they are sending their customers to at least maintain a standard across the board. This apartment is an accident waiting to happen. We are not ones for complaining but TUI have let us down here, would love to see if the Boss of TUI would stay their with his family, I would guess not. Please do not go here UNLESS they show you the type of room you are staying in, this apartment has not been touched since the early 90's. I can't say what the rest of the other apartments are like, would like to think that some of them are to be of a better standard than the one they allocated us? If you are an owner of this apartment, shame on you too...stay well away unless they give you a quality apartment... P.S...We had to buy room air freshener but alas the smell came home with us and we had to wash all our clothing. The resort has potential but needs investment and needs to be transparent with their customers and not promote something that does not exist.

Cuando las personas del cuarto del lado cocinaban entraba todo el olor al cuarto. El ruido era horrible, parecía que estaban en nuestra habitación. No nos permitió tener un buen descanso.
