The couch looked like some urinated on it. Molding over the bed was falling off. Unit was very outdated and rundown.

I love the pool and the location of the property. The staff was really friendly. I love the kitchen and the master bedroom was really comfortable.

What I didn’t like was the fact the pull out couch was disgusting. The mattress was filthy. I couldn’t even let my kids sleep on it. It had piss stains all over it. And it smelled horrible. You can tell it has been er been changed and no one ever pays attention to it.

Air conditioning was that loud when it turned on sounded like a train had to get maintenance out 3 times to fix air conditioning as it stopped working, needed to have pest control done as had cockroaches and spiders inside. The pull-out bed couldn't sleep on as had a big bar in middle that dug into you while you tried to sleep.

This was my second book with legacy and as the first time the kids really enjoyed the pools, bball court and mini golf and game room.

The kitchen had some roaches. I went out and bought some roach motels from the dollar tree to minimize while we were staying there. The first time I didn’t see any but this time around I did. I didn’t bring it up because we were barely in the room I just limited the food we left out while we were gone.

BEWARE!! Save yourself time, energy and money this place is a dump!! Should b condemned!! The pictures are misleading. My family and i checked in on Wednesday, Thursday morning we went out for a couple hours came back The suite is flooded literally, they gave us another suite “upgrade” NO HOT WATER! Maintenance came and “fixed” it while we were trying to enjoy our vacation. Came back to no hot water and no one knew how to fix it so we had to change rooms a third time. The rooms are very out dated, dirty couch, carpet patches missing, chipped furniture, missing knobs to Mention a A few issues. Each room had a mold stale smell. That frebreeze couldn’t cover up. We missed 2 days of our Vacation dealing with their maintenance issues and moving our things. I was given an extra night (left for the airport at 3 am) IMAGINE THAT!! and promised the money I paid at check in would b refunded. I m Still waiting and no response to my follow up Calls. We have a time share RCI who Advocates for these properties told me it’s not my problem take it up With the property. As i was in line the lady behind me was also Being moved because of mold. The maintenance guy told us the issues with hot water it didn’t just happen so they knew it was an issue with the hot water b4 giving us keys! The night manager was rude and the manager that attempted to help me as I said made a promise of a refund and didn’t fulfill it. Please don’t allow this place to ruin your vacation and the valuable time that should be spent with your family!

I like the location and I like the fact that it was clean and has 4 pools

I didn't like the check in process. It's thru a kiosk and you already know there's going to be issues. My room wasn't even ready and I didn't like that there was like a billion people. Very crowded.

Being that I live in Kissimmee this location was perfect for my out of town family.
