Old vacation property. Outside good and clean. Inside is outdated and small bathroom. NEXT DOOR NEIGHBORS LOUD AND NOISY, WITH NO SOUND DETENING BETWEEN ROOMS.?

The place,near Disney and Kiseemee Down town.

The floor carpet is the dirtiest in the world. The room smelled horrible—of filth and decay. On top of that, there was a cockroach in the bathroom.

Nice location, central to everything Orlando had to offer. Liked the various pools that are spread throughout the facility. Like the solar energy conservation on the premises.

We were surprised that the apartment had a two floor lay out, we didn't expect that. Was traveling with my 70+ mother. The apartment is a bit outdated. The beds are a bit dented.
