We used the same towels for 3 days. They didn't clean the rooms. We called to tell them there weren't enough towels. There were 8 of us and only two towels, and they said there would be a charge if we wanted service.

We really liked how big the place was in addition to having an extra living area with a pull out couch. It accommodated our family of 7 very well. The fact that there was a washer & dryer was also much appreciated. The staff there was very nice & welcoming & their maintenance staff was very helpful.

I liked that it was spacious, provided stove, full fridge, dishwasher and washer and dryer! The shower space was also amazing !
