The bed was comfortable

It was a virtual check in i didnt see a person. Had to park 3 buildings away and walk to the room with my two disabled kids due to no specific parking for the unit. The plug for the bath was broken so water wouldnt stay in the tub. Cracks all around the tub and wasn't very clean. Actually didnt work good at all and bed and couch was very worn and sinking.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool Was very clean and relaxing, the bed was super comfortable.

When I called to get early check in, I was told I could, but once I arrived at 330 the suite wasn’t available for early check in.

The kitchen and living area was nice and the jacuzzi tub was huge though I did not try it out during my stay.

The tvs are super small, they could definitely be upgraded. The mattress wasn't bad, but stiff for my liking. My husband could not get comfortable with the pillows at all. Their was a dead roach in between the door to the smaller bathroom.other than that, everything was okay. They could use some upgrades and deep cleans in my opinion. Personally, I will choose a different resort next time as ive definitely had better in Kissimmee. This was just a last minute option.

Pools Rooms The price

They are short staffed for front desk lobby and security/maintenance to unlock doors either on the other side or close by for pools or rooms And the kiosk didnt work and no one was there to help just with that part
