Daily activity was not going on no roof top pool like said they consider the cover pool a roof top n the bar was never open nor the food spot

Location is close to EVERYTHING.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by a Hispanic lady ( I didn't get her name), but she told me to check into the Kiosk. While checking in, I noticed I was being charged again for my room plus the deposit of $100 for damage & security deposit. Mind you, I paid on Booking.com, and was aware of just the $100, so I asked the same lady if she could come over and assist me. As she walks over, she says, "You have to read." Being the Christian I am, I responded with, "ma'am I've already paid for my room, I'm only suppose to pay the deposit, but the math is incorrect, reading is not the problem." I guess she couldn't read because she had to ask the black receptionist to help her with processing my room since I had already paid. So, after paying the $100 deposit an email was sent to my phone welcoming me to the hotel and stated, "If you need anything during your stay, text this number." I checked into my room, and after one use, the toilet was stopped up, so I sent a text message to the same number that texted me. After about an hour, I decided to go back to the front and advise the same Hispanic receptionist of what was going on. I told her, "I texted the number, given to me, about an issue Im having in my room, and i have yet to receive a response." She replied, "oh, i dont think it works." I said, "how would i know that if the text was sent to my phone advising me to contact someone via this number for any issues. Anyways, the toilet is stopped up, can you have someone come fix it?" She sent someone over. However, I didn't know the toilet would be an issue the WHOLE time I was there, just frustrating. As for the home, basic, which is fine for the price. My issues were the mold in the bathroom, the toilet overflowing and coming out the wall in the living room, the tub set-up was dangerous, and the floors were nasty. However, if you can endure all of this, then you'll love staying here.

The size of the rooms were good.

The facility was older and it shows. It smelled like stale air. The cabinets and counters were stained. There were bugs crawling inside.

The room was small.

Loved the kid activities at resort Very friendly atmosphere Staff is 10/10 they come when you call Room I booked fit my family wonderful

The parking is horrible on weekend You have to find a spot if there’s any left you have to park far from your room
