I love Knights Inn in London, Ontario. I stay here often when I’m in town. The rooms are always clean, quiet, and comfortable. The location is great being close to many shopping and dining opportunities, such as Argyle Mall.

Some simple breakfast options would be good, having to walk to the reception to get a coffee in a plastic cup is not great. a bit of renovation in the rooms would help as well. things were falling into disrepair.

Was going to casino so booked this place because it was fairly close. Comfortable beds with lots of pillows. New floor. Clean. Had a table and 2 comfy chairs.

Tv reception was terrible at night couldn't see a program but in the day it was back to normal.

I’m requesting a refund from this reservation. When I opened the door it was a smoking room and not suitable to stay in. I asked the man at the counter for a different room and he said there were no more rooms available to cancel through you. Thank you
